Forza Horizon 5 Review

Forza Horizon 5 Review

I will raise your level with you from scratch: Forza Horizon 5 is a game that I don’t really know how to criticize. The last entry in a very popular spin-off series to Forza Motorsport, Forza Horizon 5 took us to Mexico for another adventure full of road races, offroading, and even some action work. Everything was great, but everything was very familiar. We have attended this festival before, and although it was still fun to attend, it was no longer novel. So the question is: What is the novelty problem? Does a game really have to tread new and not yet mapped to be good? Or can it stay good by sticking to what it does well and only offer more than that?

That’s a complicated question, and the answer may be subjectively like anything. There will be people out there who want more than Forza Horizon 5 and are finally disappointed by the awareness that he plays a little too safe, while others won’t have fun. Both of these perspectives are valid, and there is nothing wrong to have, even though I feel I have fallen more on the side of the fence “I still have fun”.

I have never had a lot of simulation racer fans, although I can see the appeal. I am always far more interested in arcade racers such as Mario Kart, Sonic Racing Team, Burnout, and forgotten classic blur (rest in peace, strange creations). So, a game like Forza Horizon 5 is in my alley because it allows players to dive into the simulation aspect or pass it completely and get rubber on the road. Add to the open world, and we have a recipe for racing games that can sink one hour.

Playground Games has perfected the open world arcade driver with the Forza Horizon series, there is no doubt. Despite my experience with a franchise just returning to Forza Horizon 3, I enjoy playing this series in recent years. In many ways, I like Forza Horizon 5, but I worry about playing playgrounds and Microsoft might play it a little too safe, and the risk of making the players miss and leave the series.

Mexico is this star show

While the cars are cool and races can often be intense, the actual star of this show is no doubt is a new setting. As I said in my first post post about Forza Horizon 5, the viewing play in Mexico is fantastic. My admiration for settings has not diminished at all because I have played more.

Between forests, beaches, mountains, and cities, Forza Horizon 5 maps feel like having so many characters. I am not saying that the United Kingdom and Australia are a terrible choice for setting in the previous match – they are not at all – but there is only something about Mexico which makes it the best Forza Horizon settings I’ve ever explored.

Visually, Forza Horizon 5 is a very memorable game, and the scenery is a big reason for it. Forza Horizon 5 is probably the best game I have ever played, even though I am sure that as a developing generation, there will be many challengers for the crown. However, I think that Forza Horizon 5 will end up being one of the most memorable games in the series, precisely because of the settings. Mexico varies and beautiful so that I can see people who might be burned at Forza Horizon Games remain withdrawn.

New road, known races

After all, it’s possible that Veteran Forza Horizon began to feel a little burned, and I’m not sure whether Forza Horizon 5 will help with it. The premise is the same as Forza Horizon 3 and 4, so you have been sent to this new location – Mexico – to set up and expand the Forza Horizon Festival by completing various races and events.
